First off, I just want to let all of you know (because I rarely acknowledge, as most of us can attest to in our own lives, my own ability) that I am sooo very, very proud of the way these photos turned out. I can't believe the lighting in them, it's absolutely unbelievable and the colors just seemed to pop and everything fell into place and I am in love with this session. There, self-congratulations is over.
But really.
Ok, anyway! To the session :) so I won't lie, I contacted Camarie about doing this photo session. I knew she had been looking for a photographer and when she decided to go with me as her choice for photography, I was honored. I've known Camarie since we were in Jr. High, and we played soccer in High School. Funny enough, a couple years ago when she was pregnant with Bronson, she had volunteered to do a session for me for a class project, but ended up having Bronson early and therefore it never panned out. As with all old friends, it was really nice to catch up and her entire family is amazing!
This shoot was so relaxed and laid back! John was really easy going and great with the kids and you could really see the love between he and Camarie. Speaking of the kids, Imagine and Bronson were so good natured about the whole thing as well (well, except for that one time, but everything was made better with the promise of ice cream :) )! I am really glad we were able to get this session done for John and Camarie and I hope that they are just as in love with these photos as I am!
Here's the finished products!
