I won't lie, I was extremely nervous for this shoot. It is one thing to have families who have children in high school and to take their pictures from a "family" perspective. It's another entirely to have a high school senior where the focus is completely on them.
Gio was such a great first ever senior photo shoot! He was so relaxed and laid back. He's very photogenic, too! He is such an intriguing young man! He works on the school newspaper, website, and Buff TV (student run news/TV segment). He is also an avid drawer and seems seriously creative both in mind and physicality.
As we shot the photos, he and I were able to talk a little about what he wants to do. He's going to school at Utah State University up in Logan and wants to major in Graphic Design. When I asked him what he wanted to do with Graphic Design he said that he would like to create video games. What amazing aspirations!
Without further ado, here is Gio's senior photos!

I had to include this one...it's a bit GQ, but we were joking about him stripping his shirt! |

Getting in to this position was the hardest thing ever, but you'd never know it! |
