Well, seeing as I was quite right about my blogging ability (that and a lack of clients for photos lately), my blog has been quite quiet. It doesn't help that I have been cooped up lately, an invalid. Last Tuesday I laid down to take my afternoon nap (oh yes, all the time!) and woke up and my throat was swollen. I went in to see about it and the doctor, instead of giving me something for my throat (she claims there wasn't really much she could do), says it looks like I have an ear infection. I've always had bad ears and this wasn't really toooo surprising. But it does however, come with a lot of not so fun medications that I have to take at ridiculous times.
This last weekend was the Arts Festival, and I think this was the smoothest year we've had yet! Thanks in most part, to a TON of volunteers we had this year! It was good knowing we could count on them - specially since I wasn't really up to my normal standard of outgoingness. I think that I even did pretty good when it comes to food! I wasn't too horrible! :)
Overall, I feel like June has had it's days where it seems like it's going to last forever, but now we're less than a week away from my birthday and it kind of has me scared! I feel like I should be prepping for school, but I'm still not quite sure what I am teaching next year. Sure I know where I'm supposed to be, but because I have now joined the middle school ranks, I don't quite know what classes I'm teaching. My vote? History and English please! :)
Anyway I'd still love to get out and take pictures if anyone wants them! If the wind would ever let up that is! :)
